What is it?

Anything that tightens in the hips will have an effect throughout the body. Structural release massage will loosen and relieve tightness in the hips and shoulders. A powerful spinal re-balance back massage starting with slow, soft, deep compressions from the shoulder to the hips, moving on to strong, vigorous, deep structural massage, helping to unlock all tension and imbalances in the body. This massage combines effective structural strokes with relaxing, releasing and stretching strokes. A unique massage offering relaxation as well as deep, balancing structural bodywork.
